It’s a no-compromise racing wheelset with an aerodynamic carbon rim, 40mm deep, which combines with a 25mm tyre to optimise airflow. The internal dimension of the rim is 18.5mm, and it’s ready for clinchers or tubeless tyres. In events and weather conditions where a maximum contact patch on the road is advisable, a 40mm tyre will also be at home on these ICAN rims, giving greater adhesion and control. This wheelset is one for the big guys, with a rider weight limit of 100 kgms. The carbon cloth used is a mixture of Toray T700 and T 800. R01 hubs are laced radially on Sapim spokes, 18 front and 24 rear, with the exception of the non-drive-side rear wheel, which is laced two-cross for strength.
