FL40/55 Disc

Speed, speed is excellent but what about a wheelset that is designed about speed and not aesthetics. Generally, when you buy deep section wheelsets, both wheels will have the same rim depth but that might not suit you. That is why we have taken our 40mm front and 55mm rear Fast and Light disc brake series wheels and put them together.

This wheelset is all about speed. At the front of your bike, you want to mix aerodynamics with steering control, particularly if you are racing cyclocross or riding down a gravel road. Your steering needs to be precise at all times. So we have fitted our 40mm Toray T700 carbon fiber rim to a sealed bearing disc brake Novatec hub, available in standard quick release or with a 15mm or 12mm thru axle.

This 40mm rim will also help to keep the weight down, helping to make your bike capable of the fastest cross races or climbing the biggest alpine passes. To add to the weight loss on both the front and back wheels, we have fitted Sapim CX-Ray spokes. The industry leader in the lightweight and fatigue resistant spokes.

The back wheel on our UCI approved wheelset features a sealed bearing disc brake Novatec hub; available in quick release fitment or 12mm thru axle fitment. This hub is laced to our 55mm deep carbon fiber Fast and Light rim. This rim will give you more speed than you can imagine. Your bike will be flying along, and as both rims are tubeless ready and wide you will be able to fit some very comfortable tires to make your day that little bit better
