Road Bike Disc Brake Frameset RD02

Do you ride your road bike in the rain a lot? Ride down some big mountains? You then want a nice lightweight disc brake ready road frame, and that is why we have created for you the RD02. The perfect carbon fiber disc-ready road bike frame and to keep you happy we have made sure it is affordable.

We have had our engineers construct the RD02 frame out of high modulus Toray T700 fibres; this is because with disc brakes we need a really stiff frame. To make sure your disc brakes work we have built a frame and fork that are reinforced, to deal with the stopping power of disc brake. Without this reinforcement bikes will flex, we have engineered that out, so you get 100% of the stopping power 100% of the time. This is why the back end is 135mm, allowing a bigger and stiffer hub to be fitted.

Not only this but we have built a super stiff bottom bracket area, featuring a BB86 bottom bracket. Meaning not only is your stopping power fast but so is your accelerating power. At the front end of the frame, we have gone with a tapered headtube; your bike will go precisely where you point it. To finish this fantastic package off, we have gone with internal routing for all your cables and hoses. If you run Di2 or eTap, there is no need to worry as we have lovely blanking plugs for your ports to keep your bike looking nice and clean.
